Yoga is available at the Innervate studio at The May Wellness Centre. Clients can train in small groups or one-to-one.
Yoga had been around for thousands of years and millions of people regularly participate for physical as well as mental benefits.
In fact, the physical element was originally secondary to mental wellbeing and development. Nowadays in the UK, yoga is very much seen primarily for its benefits to health, flexibility and body tone; yet some of the original concepts are often also involved where appropriate and clients often say they are surprised how beneficial and enjoyable the relaxation section is.
Benefits of Yoga

Yoga classes tend to work through a series of postures and routines.
Review – Isabelle
“I was in constant pain with my back , out of condition and miserable. I have been with Beth and Jack since November and am fitter, bendier and much more confident.”
“The classes always push you to do more but the combination of yoga, Pilates and personal training work brilliantly. I joined in order to become stronger for skiing (which worked!) and am keeping up as am sleeping better and genuinely appreciating the benefits of exercise for the first time ever….thanks to Beth and Jack, I have lost weight without trying – paddle boarding next!”
