Yoga is available at the Innervate studio at The May Wellness Centre. Clients can train in small groups or one-to-one.
Yoga had been around for thousands of years and millions of people regularly participate for physical as well as mental benefits.
In fact, the physical element was originally secondary to mental wellbeing and development. Nowadays in the UK, yoga is very much seen primarily for its benefits to health, flexibility and body tone; yet some of the original concepts are often also involved where appropriate and clients often say they are surprised how beneficial and enjoyable the relaxation section is.
