That’s why they invested in an independent survey of their patients to find out what their clients really thought of them. The survey allowed those that had visited Quinn Clinics to provide feedback in an totally anonymous way, grading everything from the appearance of the clinic to the likelihood of them recommending them to a friend or family member.
99% rated their overall experience good or very good
- 89.4% of clients would give Quinn Clinics a ‘very good’ rating and 9.2% rated the company ‘good’.
- 98% would recommend Quinn Clinics to friends or family for future skin treatments.
- 100% of patients were happy with the explanation of treatment options, with 87% rating this as very good and 10% as good.
