Jack has been actively involved in sport and exercise from a young age, primarily football and with less enthusiasm, running 1500m when at school!
Soon after was when he first got bitten by the gym bug, joining a local strength gym and learning how to lift weights under the guidance of a world champion powerlifter.
Within a few years he had competed at a regional powerlifting event. It was while at University studying towards a degree in business entrepreneurship that he decided health and fitness was his calling.
Working part time as a lifeguard at a leisure centre, he would often train friends and colleagues in the on site gym and would enjoy imparting helpful nutrition advice.
Upon finishing University, Jack decided to eschew the business world and the constraints of a desk job and qualified as a Personal Trainer.
He’s spent several years helping clients to achieve their goals through a holistic approach which builds good habits and improves all aspects of their health and wellbeing, not just the physical.
Jack still indulges his passion for sport by watching his beloved Tottenham Hotspur whenever possible, attending live boxing and horse racing events and by playing golf badly!
