Statistics are great, but they’re only part of the story. We also love reading the comments our patients made to find out more about their experience. A massive 471 comments were left in all! We thought we’d share a few in our latest blog, so here are 10.

Rachel spent time listening to what I wanted from my treatment and things that I had not been happy with after treatment with a different  practitioner. Rachel personalised my treatment accordingly and I was very happy with the results. Rachel also spent time explaining other treatments and even brought someone else to see me to explain another procedure I was interested in. All your staff are extremely well trained and give excellent customer service. Dr Quinn explained everything very clearly and thoroughly during my initial consultation. Before starting my treatment I was very nervous and Katie put me at ease. At the beginning of my first treatment (Morpheus 8) Katie talked me through each stage of the process and before she did anything during the treatment she again explained what she was doing. I had great support from her and am actually looking forward to my next treatment next week.

It is hard to fault the service at the Quinn Clinic in Redland. All the staff are cheerful, polite and efficient. John combines his medical knowledge and his familiarity with a wide range of treatments with a down to earth approach and that I value very much. I am one of the clinic’s older clients and I appreciate that all the staff make me feel comfortable. I’ve attended aesthetic clinics in the past where the attitude has been slightly patronising and where you feel you have to look your best just to be allowed in the door. There’s none of that at Quinn clinics and I have been happy to recommend them to friends.
