Bristol-based Quinn Clinics is delighted to share the results of its latest patient survey, showing that the company is head and shoulders above the global benchmark for skin clinics participating in the research.
Quinn Clinics is a business built on high levels of loyalty and recommendations. However, this is something that the Company never wish to take for granted.
That’s why they invested in an independent survey of their patients to find out what their clients really thought of them. The survey allowed those that had visited Quinn Clinics to provide feedback in an totally anonymous way, grading everything from the appearance of the clinic to the likelihood of them recommending them to a friend or family member.
98% rated their overall experience good or very good
- 88% of clients gave Quinn Clinics a ‘very good’ rating
- 11% points ahead of global benchmark 77%
- In addition, 10% of clients gave Quinn Clinics a ‘good’ rating – giving a total 98% very good or good
One patient summarised the experience beautifully with an additional comment:
“It is still the best place to go in Bristol and the results are still excellent”
Dr John Quinn and the team have welcomed the survey results, adding:
“It is really important to us to clearly understand how well we’re delivering on our customer service goals. We’ve been delighted to read the survey results and the comments that many patients chose to add to illustrate their answers.
“We’ve worked hard this year to improve the experience for our patients in a number of ways.
“Our new operations manager, the wonderful Cat Rainsbury, joined the team in January. This will give Sharon more time to focus on our renowned customer experience. This can be a challenge as we continue to grow, but Sharon will be able to be more ‘hands on’ and visible as she leads her front of house team.
“Patients visiting our clinic will find a new area for photography. This is now out of the welcome room and is carried out in a separate, private room, away from reception.
“We have a new dedicated mobile phone for existing customers only, offering ‘VIP’ access to the team via text/Whatsapp.
“We have also introduced a better system to ensure that all patients receive their required follow up appointments, as appropriate.
“We continue to work on our ‘MYJOURNEY’ personalised treatment plan emails, to ensure that they are sent out in a timely fashion and are accurate. These will now be specifically followed up by Sharon.
“We have trained our staff on patient finance options (for large value treatment plans) as well as our ‘membership’ programme for patients having regular injectable treatments. We will be discussing these with all patients from September 2024.
“We understand that we are not the ‘cheapest’ clinic around but we will always offer the best overall value and work hard to ensure that our patients receive great service as well as treatments when they visit. That’s why we’re so pleased to see our efforts rewarded in this significant patient satisfaction survey.
