Innervate Fitness based in Redland Bristol are offering an exclusive £50 ‘Yoga Pass’ offer.
This pass entitles clients to choose any 6 yoga classes over a period of up to 12 weeks.
Clients new to yoga might initially prefer to spread them out and that’s fine, but those getting a taste for the classes or wanting to see faster results can choose to visit more frequently.
Yoga classes are led by experienced instructor Beth Handy at our Redland Bristol fitness studio.
We work in small classes, which means there is plenty of space for everyone and no worries about getting overlooked in a packed sports hall or gym either – the instructor will be able to keep an eye on everyone to ensure safe and effective techniques for best results.
