“We charge for consultations and I don’t apologise for that, that’s why. We give good advice, you won’t come across a sales person no one here works to targets, no one gets commission based on what they sell – it’s not how we work.”
“If you’re thinking about coming into have a chat with us, I understand it’s really intimidating. Most people consider whether they want to have these procedures for actually a few years before they ever pick up the phone and talk to a human being about it.”
“When you come to see us, we are here to help. We’re not here to give you a sales push. We will offer impartial advice on everything we offer to the best of our ability. If it isn’t best we just don’t offer it.”
