The Today Show’s Kathie Lee and Hoda reviewed Ultherapy treatment.
They introduced the common scenario of finding that the neck area is showing signs of age

“Ultherapy is focused ultrasound and ultrasound is heat energy.”
The doctor explains that the heat is directed to 3 levels of the skin – muscle, deep dermis and superficial level where wrinkles are seen. Treatment stimulates fibroblasts in the skin to release pro-collagen, which stimulates collagen and elastin tissue.

The programme showed Kathie Lee having a treatment, which she said took about 45 minutes. She felt the skin was improved the next day, although it takes around 2 months for full results to develop.
