Sublative Facial Rejuvenation Review
Patient’s Own Treatment Diary
This detailed review of Sublative Fractional Radiofrequency treatment was provided by Jenny, who opted for a full-face treatment using this incredible technology.
Her diary illustrates from personal experience how the treatment progressed and how the results developed over the next few days.
Sublative Fractional Radiofrequency Review
When I had a consultation regarding my skin, Dr Quinn suggested a course of full face Sublative Fractional Radiofrequency treatment. Please see my little diary on my experience with my first treatment.
First treatment of Sublative.
It’s 3pm and my skin on my face is being prepped for treatment, then the treatment begins. This is intended to improve the texture of my skin and hopefully to shrink pores.
It feels slightly uncomfortable to begin with but once you get used to it, not too bad. Soon get used to a slight burning sensation as the instrument is pressed to my skin. As the treatment ends a smell of burning skin seems weird.
The treatment takes about 40 minutes. Going home and for the next few hours my face feels like I have been out in the sun all day, slightly burnt and tight and very tingly .
Tuesday 23rd September 2014
Skin still feels tight and a bit hot and very, very dry.
I start using plenty of moisturiser as advised. Skin also looks very blotchy, I didn’t use any make up today.
Wednesday 24th September 2014
Skin looks quite scaly and red. I’m still using plenty of moisturiser and have to go to work today so apply a bit of foundation mixed with moisturiser. It doesn’t look too bad.
Friday 26th September 2014
Five days after treatment and skin looking and feeling back to normal – full make up applied today. Skin looks improved after first treatment and is feeling much softer.
A few people have commented that I look well and that they like my make up! I think its sitting better on my skin.
Really looking forward to my next treatment in four weeks time – I will keep you posted.
