Long-Term BOTOX® Study
The adage ‘look good, feel good’ certainly rings true if a long-term assessment of BOTOX® patients is anything to go by.
According to a research study, patients who have regular BOTOX® injections over a period of several years perceive themselves to look younger than their actual age.
The study followed 194 patients who had been having regular BOTOX treatments for at least 5 years.
Account was taken of facial areas treated, dosage, number of treatments performed, any additional aesthetic treatments and any side events.
Researchers found that the longer patients were injected, the younger they perceived themselves to be.
